VespaClub operates as a hosting and classified-ads intermediary (information-society service provider under Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003, transposing EU Directive 2000/31/EC, and under the EU Digital Services Act 2022/2065). Each listing is cross-checked against the FMI/ASI certification registries and reviewed by a human moderator prior to publication; the seller is always the vehicle's registered owner.

We apply state-of-the-art technical and organisational safeguards — data cross-checking, encrypted connections, audit logs, personal-data protection in line with the GDPR (Reg. EU 2016/679) — to deliver the highest security level reasonably achievable. Like every digital operator, we rely on third-party infrastructure (hosting, mail, payments, CDN); we cannot assume direct liability for failures or breaches attributable to those third parties, without prejudice to our commitment to react promptly.

Before entering any negotiation, we strongly recommend inspecting the vehicle in person, verifying that the data matches the certificate, and using traceable payment methods.
